The Freddie Mercury tribute concert which, took place just five months after the singer’s death and was held at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium, will be streamed online this weekend.

The location for the concert was a symbolic one as it was the same venue that Mercury would cement his legacy when he single-handedly stole the show at Live Aid in 1985.

The tribute concert was broadcasted across the globe at the time and took place on April 20, 1992, in front of over 70,000 fans with the proceeds going towards AIDS research.

The show delivered a number of moments that even Freddie himself would be proud of such as Elton John and Axl Rose colliding on a duet of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and George Michael’s outrageously good tribute of ‘Somebody To Love’.
